For a five star resort hotel we waited an unreasonable time to check-in and the line-up system was a bit disorganised.We were allocated a 37th floor room overlooking the pool areas and the Wynn hotel. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for it, even though the concierge previously requested it for us, but it was worth it. The pool area was fabulous, although the pool attendants are very strict (no cameras allowed in the european pool which is fair enough) and if your away from your sun lounger for more than 10-15 mins they will take your towels away! If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.As an absolute positive however the hotel and complex is beautiful and staff were most courteous and helpful.
