I'm fairly new to Powershell, and this statement confuses me a little, why would just including a different parameter (which I would think would just cause PS to silently use a -Filter behind the scenes) cause issues with ErrorActions? -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue not working. In other words: "-EA 0" is exactly the same as "-ErrorAction SilentlyContinue" except that it is 1/6th the length! I checked and $ ErrorActionPreference is set to Continue.
